The conference topic is: Key ITSM drivers for Business success, and will cover main Service Management concepts, including IT Standardization, IT Governance, Service Excellence and achieving business value in the digital and knowledge-based economy. Given the current global economic climate, the itSMF community sees its duty to raise awareness about benefits of embracing the IT Service Management discipline, its ways of working, effective governance models and emerging standard initiatives like ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO38500.
